One annual well visit and one basic set of labs per membership year.
Up to four sick visits included per membership year.
Up to three eligible X-rays included per membership year.
Scheduled virtual visits are included when clinically appropriate.
A closer connection with your doctor and the clinic team.
Certain services are charged at cost to the patient, including vaccinations. The signed membership agreement defines included services, limits, and separate charges.
Concierge Medicine
Concierge members receive direct physician access around the clock, with prompt care options matched to the situation.
